Eco-medicine Cooking Demonstration Day in Be’s kitchen. Learn why “the single most important intervention to prevent and treat disease is diet, (Myhill et al., 2022)

I am incredibly excited to be hosting the first event in my kitchen for over 5 years and thrilled that I am back, upgraded, with SO much to offer you all!

This day is a collaboration with the incredible Dr Myhill patron of the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) Patron.

After my finals, I went to Wales for 4 days to see, live, learn and breathe her Ecomedicine. I feel incredibly honoured that she has invited me back to demonstrate Paleo Keto cooking at her Ecomedicine weekends in 2024

Moreover, I am beside myself with excitement that she is joining me for this incredibly powerful day!
